The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Whole Beyond Meat patties
- 4 Whole Gluten Free Buns
- 2 Pieces Lettuce (Cut in half)
- 4 Slices Beefsteak Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instruction
- Prepare the sriracha aioli by mixing the sriracha and mayonnaise. Set aside.Add the oil to a non-stick skillet on medium high. Add the Beyond Meat Veggie Patties and cook 4 - 5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.Finish by assembling the burger with the lettuce on the bottom bun. Next, add a slice of the tomato, and then, add the veggie burger. Finish with the aioli and top with the bun.Serve and enjoy!
