Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cans (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original French Bread, baked, cooled and cubed
- 1 (8 oz) box cream cheese
- 1 (7 oz) container marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 6 large eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup half-and-half, cream, or whole milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup fudge sauce
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
- 1/3 cup mini peanut butter cups
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter. Once creamy, stir in mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
- In a second large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, half and half.
- Stir bread cubes into the egg mixture.
- In a well-greased, deep-sided 9x9 inch baking dish, spread half of the egg coated bread cubes into the bottom of the dish.
- Spread peanut butter and cream cheese mixture on top.
- Top with remaining bread cubes, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow French toast casserole to cool slightly before slicing into 9 pieces. Top each piece with drizzled caramel, fudge sauce, whipped cream, toffee bits, and mini peanut butter cups. Enjoy!!!
