Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cans (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original French Bread, baked, cooled and cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) box cream cheese
  • 1 (7 oz) container marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup half-and-half, cream, or whole milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup fudge sauce
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits
  • 1/3 cup mini peanut butter cups

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter. Once creamy, stir in mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
  • In a second large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, half and half.
  • Stir bread cubes into the egg mixture.
  • In a well-greased, deep-sided 9x9 inch baking dish, spread half of the egg coated bread cubes into the bottom of the dish.
  • Spread peanut butter and cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Top with remaining bread cubes, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow French toast casserole to cool slightly before slicing into 9 pieces. Top each piece with drizzled caramel, fudge sauce, whipped cream, toffee bits, and mini peanut butter cups. Enjoy!!!
