- 1⅓ cups self-raising Flour
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- softened Butter, (for greasing the baking dish)
- 8 oz double or heavy cream (about 250 ml or 1 cup)
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 cup molasses sugar (like muscovado sugar)
- 10 oz whipping or heavy cream (about 300 ml or 1 1/4 cups)
- ⅓ cup molasses sugar (like muscovado sugar)
- 3½ tbsp salted butter
- cold double or heavy cream, (for pouring or may be whipped first and place on top of the pudding )
