The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup demerara or light brown sugar
  • ½ cup molasses sugar (like muscovado sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅓ cups self-raising Flour
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • softened Butter, (for greasing the baking dish)
  • 8 oz double or heavy cream (about 250 ml or 1 cup)
  • 6 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/2 cup molasses sugar (like muscovado sugar)
  • 10 oz whipping or heavy cream (about 300 ml or 1 1/4 cups)
  • ⅓ cup molasses sugar (like muscovado sugar)
  • 3½ tbsp salted butter
  • cold double or heavy cream, (for pouring or may be whipped first and place on top of the pudding )
