Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 heads broccoli (cut into florets)
- 3 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instruction
- Place the broccoli florets onto a baking sheet and toss with the garlic slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in an oven at 425 degrees until broccoli is tender crisp (about 15-20 minutes).
- Remove from oven and drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked broccoli and sprinkle the lemon zest and Parmesan cheese over it. Serve hot!
