The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Butter
- 20 oz miniature marshmallows
- 12 cups Rice Krispie Cereal
Instruction
- Melt the butter in the microwave using a large microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments and stirring between each increment.
- Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and microwave in 30-second increments and stirring between each increment.
- Stir the Rice Krispie cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture. When you get to your 10th cup, only add one cup at a time. You want the Rice Krispie Treats to stick together but do not want them to become dense or dry.
- Pour the Rice Krispie Treats onto a 12x17 baking sheet that's been greased or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Push the mixture out to the edges and then gently press the treats into the pan using your fingers, a spatula, or a piece of wax paper sprayed with cooking spray.
- Let the Rice Krispie Treats set for a short time before cutting. Store covered at room temperature.
