Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cooking oats (the quick cooking kind)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup raisins
Instruction
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugars eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
- In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
- Fold in raisins and oats.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 13 minutes in 350 degree oven until light brown.
