Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cooking oats (the quick cooking kind)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, cream butter, sugars eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
  • Fold in raisins and oats.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 13 minutes in 350 degree oven until light brown.
