Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 5 large egg
  • 130 ml cream
  • 1 tbs onion grated
  • 2.6 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup ham (deli) chopped

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 210C.
  • Grease muffin pan.
  • Using a fork, beat eggs, cream, onion, and salt and pepper in a bowl until well-combined.
  • Cut and line each muffin hole with pastry.
  • Divide ham and cheese into muffin holes, and spoon in egg mixture.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes.
