The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 5 large egg
- 130 ml cream
- 1 tbs onion grated
- 2.6 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup ham (deli) chopped
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 210C.
- Grease muffin pan.
- Using a fork, beat eggs, cream, onion, and salt and pepper in a bowl until well-combined.
- Cut and line each muffin hole with pastry.
- Divide ham and cheese into muffin holes, and spoon in egg mixture.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
