Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups almond meal/flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sweetener of choice (or more, to your taste)
  • 4 eggs - medium
  • 1 tbsp banana extract
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp psyllium husk
  • ½ cup walnut halves/pieces (optional)
