Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1.5 - 2 lbs. chicken (we used breasts)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Place balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire, honey, dijon, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl.
- Use a whisk to mix everything together until combined.
- Transfer grilled chicken marinade into a large baking dish or gallon-size bag and then add chicken.
- Submerge the chicken into the marinade and make sure it's covered in marinade.
- Place into the fridge to marinate for 12-18 hours for best results (no less than 2 hours).
