Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1.5 - 2 lbs. chicken (we used breasts)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Place balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire, honey, dijon, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl.
  • Use a whisk to mix everything together until combined.
  • Transfer grilled chicken marinade into a large baking dish or gallon-size bag and then add chicken.
  • Submerge the chicken into the marinade and make sure it's covered in marinade.
  • Place into the fridge to marinate for 12-18 hours for best results (no less than 2 hours).
