Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup 1% cottage cheese
- ¼ cup watercress (packed)
- 3 tablespoon fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
Instruction
- In a food processor, add all ingredients.
- Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
- If you would like it to be thinner, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and pulse the mixture again until well combined.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
- Store unused dressing the an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to approximately 1 week.
