Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup 1% cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup watercress (packed)
  • 3 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste

Instruction

  • In a food processor, add all ingredients.
  • Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  • If you would like it to be thinner, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and pulse the mixture again until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
  • Store unused dressing the an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to approximately 1 week.
