Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Tamari (soy sauce works if you don't need GF)
- 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1/2-1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2-3 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 tsp Accent seasoning (or substitute with a salt-free all-purpose seasoning, like Mrs. Dash)
Instruction
- Whisk all ingredients together and add your meat
- Cover and soak overnight
- I use this for boneless and bone-in chicken breasts, flank steak and london broil
