Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Tamari (soy sauce works if you don't need GF)
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1/2-1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1 tsp Accent seasoning (or substitute with a salt-free all-purpose seasoning, like Mrs. Dash)

Instruction

  • Whisk all ingredients together and add your meat
  • Cover and soak overnight
  • I use this for boneless and bone-in chicken breasts, flank steak and london broil
