Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup dry Bran buds {not flakes}
- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 tablespoon butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sour milk {2 cups milk + 1/4 cup white vinegar}
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups dry bran buds {not flakes}
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a regular-sized muffin tin with cooking oil, set aside.
- Add the 1 cup of Bran Buds to the one cup of boiling water and stir to combine.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl, then add the soaked Bran buds.Mix until well combined.
- Scoop batter into prepared muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes.
