The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup choc chips

Instruction

  • Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla, and beat well.
  • Mix in sifted flour and choc chips using a wooden spoon until well combined.
  • Place heaped teaspoons of mixture onto a lined tray, and press gently with a fork or fingers to slightly flatten..
  • Bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes or until golden in colour.
