  • 1 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 - 3 garlic clove (finely minced)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar + 2 tablespoons
  • ¼ cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
