- 1 cucumber (peeled)
- 1 - 3 garlic clove (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar + 2 tablespoons
- ¼ cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- salt & pepper (to taste)
