Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 limes (juiced)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instruction
- In a food processor or blender, add ½ cup apple cider vinegar, ⅔ cup olive oil, 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 juiced limes, ½ cup brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Process until marinade is emulsified and smooth.
- Set aside ¼ cup of marinade and use the remaining marinade to marinate chicken for 30 minutes to 6 hours in a sealed container or Ziploc bag. Refrigerate while marinating.
- Remove the chicken from marinade. Discard any used marinade. Grill chicken until completely cooked. Top with the remaining unused marinade for additional flavor.
