Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar (we use DeLallo)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup strong coffee
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ cup lemon or lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8-10 chicken breasts or 4-5 lb chicken
  • Fresh chives

Instruction

  • Whisk together all ingredients, except for chicken. Place in a large container with a lid that will hold all of the chicken breasts.
  • Add the chicken; close securely and shake.
  • Marinate in fridge for up to 24 hours, shaking the container several times to move around the chicken evenly. Optional to put in a ziplock bag and freeze (remove all of the air out of the bag).
  • Prepare the grill; grill the chicken on each side until cooked. Remove from the grill.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh chives!
