Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 10 ounces Cauliflower (riced)
- ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- ¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
- 1 large Egg
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 220C/425F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the cauliflower into a microwave-safe container, add the water and microwave for 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Allow to cool.
- When the cauliflower is cool enough to handle, place in a clean kitchen towel or cloth and give it a light squeeze to remove about half of the liquid.
- Place it into a mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Use a cookie scoop to measure out the mixture, then shape in your hands. Place onto your cookie sheet.
- Spray the tots with olive oil cooking spray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the tots over and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
