Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 10 ounces Cauliflower (riced)
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • ¾ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
  • 1 large Egg

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 220C/425F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the cauliflower into a microwave-safe container, add the water and microwave for 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Allow to cool.
  • When the cauliflower is cool enough to handle, place in a clean kitchen towel or cloth and give it a light squeeze to remove about half of the liquid.
  • Place it into a mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Use a cookie scoop to measure out the mixture, then shape in your hands. Place onto your cookie sheet.
  • Spray the tots with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the tots over and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
