Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 slices bacon (thick-cut or regular)
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
- chives or scallions (for garnish)
Instruction
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until brown and crisp. (Note 1) Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Chop or crumble into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Stir to combine. Fold in chopped bacon, reserving some for topping.
- Refrigerate 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to blend. Garnish with reserved bacon and chopped scallions or chives.
