Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 slices bacon (thick-cut or regular)
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
  • chives or scallions (for garnish)

Instruction

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until brown and crisp. (Note 1) Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Chop or crumble into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.  Stir to combine.  Fold in chopped bacon, reserving some for topping. 
  • Refrigerate 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to blend.  Garnish with reserved bacon and chopped scallions or chives.
