  • ¾ tsp Chili Powder, (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt, (adjust to taste)
  • 4 tsp Oil
  • Dash of Hing or Asafetida
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped or sliced Onion
  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp crushed Garlic or 2-3 fat Garlic cloves crushed
