Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup non fat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (frozen)
Instruction
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more frozen fruit or ice cubes if you wanted your smoothie thicker/more frozen. For easier blending, put water in first and frozen fruit/ice in last.
