Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup Raspberries ((fresh or frozen))
- 1 cup Strawberries ((fresh or frozen))
- 1/2 cup Mixed berries ((fresh or frozen))
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Ice
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey ((optional))
Instruction
- Blend all the ingredients except the honey in a blender until smooth.
- Taste and adjust for sweetness. Add the honey if necessary.
- Pour into individual serving glasses and garnish with fresh fruit or mint leaves.
