Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries ((fresh or frozen))
  • 1 cup Strawberries ((fresh or frozen))
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries ((fresh or frozen))
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey ((optional))

Instruction

  • Blend all the ingredients except the honey in a blender until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust for sweetness. Add the honey if necessary.
  • Pour into individual serving glasses and garnish with fresh fruit or mint leaves.
