Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup more or less to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries blueberries and/or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients, except fruit and nuts, in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Spoon to fill a mason jar half way. Add some fruit and nuts. Top off and add more fruit and nuts.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
  • Can microwave for up to one minute if desired.
