Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup more or less to taste
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups fresh strawberries blueberries and/or raspberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients, except fruit and nuts, in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Spoon to fill a mason jar half way. Add some fruit and nuts. Top off and add more fruit and nuts.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
- Can microwave for up to one minute if desired.
