Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup (4 oz./125 g) frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups (16 fl. oz./500 ml) orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. honey

Instruction

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, mango, orange juice and honey and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 4 cups (1 l).
