Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for Vegan substitute coconut yogurt)
  • 1/3 cup hemp protein powder
  • sweetener of choice
  • fresh berries, hemp seeds, coconut flakes for topping

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  • Add smoothie to a bowl. Top with additional toppings as desired and enjoy!
