Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2/3 cup frozen Dole berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (or milk)
  • 2 frozen Dole Spinach Cubes or 2 handfuls fresh Dole spinach
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 5-6 ounces yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 Tbsp oats, optional

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • *Note – if you use fresh spinach you may want to add a couple ice cubes
