Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 angel food cake (I use store bought)
  • 1 lb strawberries (washed, cut)
  • 1/2 lb blueberries (washed)
  • 1/2 lb blackberries (washed)
  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese
  • 2 3 oz pkg cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 16 oz cool whip

Instruction

  • Wash and prepare all fruit.
  • Cut the angel food cake into bite sized pieces.
  • Combine the cream cheese, pudding powder, milk and vanilla until no longer lumpy. It should be extremely smooth and creamy.
  • Fold the cool whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  • To assemble the trifle, layer in this order: angel food cake, cheesecake filling, fruit- repeating until all components have been used up.
  • Store in the refrigerator. It is fine to make the day ahead if needed.
