Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 angel food cake (I use store bought)
- 1 lb strawberries (washed, cut)
- 1/2 lb blueberries (washed)
- 1/2 lb blackberries (washed)
- 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese
- 2 3 oz pkg cheesecake flavored pudding
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 16 oz cool whip
Instruction
- Wash and prepare all fruit.
- Cut the angel food cake into bite sized pieces.
- Combine the cream cheese, pudding powder, milk and vanilla until no longer lumpy. It should be extremely smooth and creamy.
- Fold the cool whip into the cream cheese mixture.
- To assemble the trifle, layer in this order: angel food cake, cheesecake filling, fruit- repeating until all components have been used up.
- Store in the refrigerator. It is fine to make the day ahead if needed.
