Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cups milk (of any kind..almond milk or coconut are wonderful too)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instruction

  • In a bowl, blend honey and vanilla with milk.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Pour into a mason jar or container.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
  • Top with fresh berries, nuts/ nut butter, fruit, granola, etc
