Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound Red Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Half-and-Half or Milk
  • 4 garlic Cloves (roasted)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground White Pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Bake potatoes in a 350°F oven for about 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Roast garlic.
  • Remove potatoes from oven and allow them to cool.
  • Chop potatoes.
  • Add butter, and half-and-half. Mix with with an electric mixer.
  • Fold in the roasted cloves of garlic.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
