Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound Red Potatoes
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Half-and-Half or Milk
- 4 garlic Cloves (roasted)
- Salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground White Pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Bake potatoes in a 350°F oven for about 20 - 30 minutes.
- Roast garlic.
- Remove potatoes from oven and allow them to cool.
- Chop potatoes.
- Add butter, and half-and-half. Mix with with an electric mixer.
- Fold in the roasted cloves of garlic.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
