Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 14 oz cans chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup beets (cooked, chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- dill (fresh, for garnish)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with spring of fresh dill and additional olive oil on top before serving.
