Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 14 oz cans chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup beets (cooked, chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • dill (fresh, for garnish)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smoothly pureed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with spring of fresh dill and additional olive oil on top before serving.
