Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 jar Aunt Nellie's whole pickled beets (drained)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 small red apple (cored)
  • 6 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instruction

  • Make sure and drain the juice from the pickled beets.
  • Place all of the ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend on high speed for about 20-30 seconds and the consistency is smooth.
  • Pour into two tall glass tumblers and drink at once.
