Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 dry packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup beer

Instruction

  • In a food processor, blend cream cheese and and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in ranch dry mix and beer.
  • Add cheddar cheese and pulse until smooth.
  • Chill 4 or more hours.
  • Serve with pretzels or chips.
