Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 dry packet of ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup beer
Instruction
- In a food processor, blend cream cheese and and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in ranch dry mix and beer.
- Add cheddar cheese and pulse until smooth.
- Chill 4 or more hours.
- Serve with pretzels or chips.
