Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup beer
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
Instruction
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk dijon mustard with the butter.
- Whisk in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
- Whisk in beer, milk, and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and add in cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
