Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 24-36 oz beer
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, (sliced)
- 9x11 inch foil pan
- brats for serving
Instruction
- Add beer, butter, and sliced onions to a deep foil pan.
- Place pan on grill over heat to bring to at least 160 degrees. Beer should be hot, but not boiling.
- Add cooked brats to the beer bath to keep warm for serving.
