Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4.5 – 5 pound Pork Shoulder Boston Roast (bone in or boneless)
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1- 12 oz bottle dark beer (I used Sierra Nevada Porter)
Instruction
- Place peppers and onions in a dutch oven.
- Add pork shoulder.
- Pour beer over top.
- Cover and place in the oven.
- Bake at 275 degrees F for 4-5 hours until meat is tender enough to easily shred with fork.
- Shred and remove bone if necessary.
