The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pounds cod fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 to ¾ cup cold beer or sparkling water
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup red cabbage (sliced)
  • 1-2 ripe tomato (seeded and cubed)
  • 1 small onion (sliced or diced)
  • 1 Jalapeno (seeded and sliced)
  • 1 lime juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove (grated)
  • salt to taste
  • 6-8 flour tortillas (warmed on a skillet (I used homemade tortillas))
  • oil for frying
