The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pounds cod fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 to ¾ cup cold beer or sparkling water
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup red cabbage (sliced)
- 1-2 ripe tomato (seeded and cubed)
- 1 small onion (sliced or diced)
- 1 Jalapeno (seeded and sliced)
- 1 lime juice
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- salt to taste
- 6-8 flour tortillas (warmed on a skillet (I used homemade tortillas))
- oil for frying
