Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (kept frozen)
  • 21 oz Cheddar cheese soup ((2 - 10.5 oz cans))
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • Mix together all your ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your unit does not cook evenly.
