- 1/2 pound assorted mushrooms, (fresh, thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (leaves, dried)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (leaves, fresh, finely minced)
- 2 sheets of Puff Pastry, (thawed if frozen)
- 2 eggs (beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
- Fresh dill weed (sprigs)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons green onions (or shallot, chopped)
- 2 tablespoons green peppercorns, (crushed)
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt (and pepper to taste)
- 2 tablespoons dill weed, (fresh, chopped)
