Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2-3 pound(s) beef tips
- 1-2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1 package(s) brown gravy mix
- 1 package(s) onion gravy mix
- 1 package(s) mushroom gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cup(s) water
Instruction
- Heat oil in a large deep pot. Brown beef, remove from pot then drain oil off.
- Return beef to pot. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and all three packages of gravy mixes.
- Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer over medium-low heat until meat is tender, usually at least an hour. Stir frequently to avoid sticking to the bottom.
- Serve over hot rice.
- *Note* Don't add salt. Gravy mixes have plenty.
