Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 pound Stew meat
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 4 oz can Mushrooms
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 package egg noodles
  • 4 cups Water cover noodles
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instruction

  • Seared stew meat with olive oil until brown. Once brown add flour, beef broth, salt and pepper, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and a pack of oinion soup mix. Mixed together. Turned off sear, add egg noodles, mix together and added enough water to cover all the noodles. Pressure cook for 8 minutes. Natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release. Add sour cream and serve.
