The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 pound Stew meat
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 4 oz can Mushrooms
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 package egg noodles
- 4 cups Water cover noodles
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instruction
- Seared stew meat with olive oil until brown. Once brown add flour, beef broth, salt and pepper, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and a pack of oinion soup mix. Mixed together. Turned off sear, add egg noodles, mix together and added enough water to cover all the noodles. Pressure cook for 8 minutes. Natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release. Add sour cream and serve.
