Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 lbs beef (cut into 1/4 inch strip)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced thick)
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced thick)
- 1/2 white onion (sliced)
- 2 medium carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instruction
- In a large skillet, saute the beef in the oil for about 10 minutes.
- Add in the peppers, onion, carrots, water, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and sesame oil.
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the peppers are soft.
- Serve over cooked rice.
