Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 lbs beef (cut into 1/4 inch strip)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced thick)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced thick)
  • 1/2 white onion (sliced)
  • 2 medium carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instruction

  • In a large skillet, saute the beef in the oil for about 10 minutes.
  • Add in the peppers, onion, carrots, water, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and sesame oil.
  • Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the peppers are soft.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
