The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup grits
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 cup diced yellow onion

- 1 (28 ounce) can San Marzano whole tomatoes (pulsed in a food processor until slightly chunky)
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (plus more for serving)
- 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (for serving)
- red pepper flakes (for serving (optional))
