Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 500 g thinly sliced chuck steak or any sukiyaki cut beef
  • 3 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • oil

Instruction

  • Season beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Prepare a heavy wok or pan, place in stove top on high heat, add small amount of oil then once its near its smoking point add the beef and garlic (do not over crowd, you might want to do this in batches to ensure even heat and cooking). Stir fry in high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the soy sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
  • Lower the heat then add the butter, cook and stir for one more minute. Remove from pan then serve.
