Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 450 gms – 1 lb. beef carpaccio
- Lemon wedges (optional)
- Arugula/Rocket (optional)
- 115 gms – ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ¼ tbsp milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Make the Cipriani sauce by mixing together all the ingredients. Keep aside.
- Arrange the thinly sliced carpaccio on a plate and drizzle the Cipriani sauce on the top.
- Serve immediately with some rocket/arugula and/or lemon wedges.
