Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 450 gms – 1 lb. beef carpaccio
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
  • Arugula/Rocket (optional)
  • 115 gms – ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ¼ tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Make the Cipriani sauce by mixing together all the ingredients. Keep aside.
  • Arrange the thinly sliced carpaccio on a plate and drizzle the Cipriani sauce on the top.
  • Serve immediately with some rocket/arugula and/or lemon wedges.
