Ingredients
The following ingredients have 11 Servings
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup cold butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- ½ medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cups butternut squash (peeled and cubed)
- ½ pound grass-fed ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 cups swiss chard (or kale, spinach, finely chopped)
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- For the Dough: Mix together the flour and salt, then add the butter and knead it into the dough. Add the water and continue kneading until uniform. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
