Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup uncooked instant white rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips
- 2 tablespoons purchased stir-fry sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
Instruction
- Cook rice in 1 cup water as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Add all remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve vegetable mixture over rice.
