Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 5 sheets puff pastry
  • 500 g sausage beef mince
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 carrot grated medium
  • 25 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme finely chopped
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tbs milk

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 200C and line baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all ingredients except pastry, sesame seeds and milk.
  • Divide mince mixture into 5 equal parts and form into sausage logs.
  • Place sausages on the edge of each pastry sheet and wrap pastry into long rolls.
  • Cut each roll into desired length and place seam side down on trays.
  • Brush rolls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
