Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 5 sheets puff pastry
- 500 g sausage beef mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot grated medium
- 25 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme finely chopped
- 2 eggs whisked
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 tbs milk
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 200C and line baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients except pastry, sesame seeds and milk.
- Divide mince mixture into 5 equal parts and form into sausage logs.
- Place sausages on the edge of each pastry sheet and wrap pastry into long rolls.
- Cut each roll into desired length and place seam side down on trays.
- Brush rolls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
