Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 420 g canned cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 kg potato gems
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 175C.
  • In a large fry pan brown mince and onion.
  • Drain any fat.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Heat until bubbling then transfer to a rectangular casserole dish.
  • Top with potato gems then grated cheese
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
