Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 onion chopped
- 420 g canned cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 kg potato gems
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- In a large fry pan brown mince and onion.
- Drain any fat.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Heat until bubbling then transfer to a rectangular casserole dish.
- Top with potato gems then grated cheese
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
