- 2 cups Guinness
- 2 14½ oz cans beef stock
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2¼ cups halved baby carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped white mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1½ teaspoons dried)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1½ cups frozen small green peas
