Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb flank steak (or sirloin, sliced thinly crossgrain)
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (or another neutral oil like canola)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic (2 cloves minced)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (we use low sodium)
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups mushrooms (white or cremni, sliced)
- 2 green onions (sliced thinly, green and white parts)
