Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb flank steak (or sirloin, sliced thinly crossgrain)
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil (or another neutral oil like canola)
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic (2 cloves minced)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (we use low sodium)
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups mushrooms (white or cremni, sliced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced thinly, green and white parts)
