Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (tamari for gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 8 oz pad thai rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup Vidalia onions (sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli (or broccolini)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup green onions (sliced)

Instruction

  • Combine the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste in a small bowl, set aside.
  • Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onions and broccoli, saute 4-5 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger, saute an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the beef and cook through.
  • Drain any grease from the beef, then add the noodles and sauce to the pan.
  • Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the green onions and serve.
