Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ¼ cup soy sauce (tamari for gluten free)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 8 oz pad thai rice noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup Vidalia onions (sliced)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli (or broccolini)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 lb ground beef
- ¼ cup green onions (sliced)
Instruction
- Combine the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste in a small bowl, set aside.
- Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and broccoli, saute 4-5 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger, saute an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add the beef and cook through.
- Drain any grease from the beef, then add the noodles and sauce to the pan.
- Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the green onions and serve.
